DC590P, STANDSTILL and PRESET TORQUE

Hello forum members,

We have winch application on an inclined boat ramp for moving boat to and from the water with DC motors and DC590P drives.
DC drives are 165A, frame 2. Speed feedback is Analog Tacho.

The application request is that motor is started with zero reference, while the brake is still applied. In order to avoid unlimited current increase on such an
occasion, we set up:

STANDSTILL LOGIC Enabled.
ZERO TRASHOLD 2%
and it works fine.

Another request is that drive holds the load tight while speed reference is set to zero, but the brake is not applied yet.

We tried setting up various settings in:

SPEED LOOP
 PRESET TORQUE
 PRESET T SCALE

but without success. The load tends to fall down the slipway slowly, until the brake is applied.

Please share if you have any ideas about the configuration settings we might try in order to fulfill both of the system requirements?
