Yes i looked at this but it doesnt work

I am sure, that COM and address is OK, but when i click on "Hardware Auto-Detect" it will write error " cannot activate communication"

That would indicate the comms driver isn't installed, the base address is incorrect or the cables on the top are not connected correctly.

The ProfiNet have tcp/ip ports so you could use C3 ServoMgr instead of the PIET and connect to each drive.

I'd double check your connections and confirm you have 24volts connected with the LEDs on the C3Ms and then you should be able to connect. 

If you continue to have issues, I'd suggest reaching out to your local Parker distributor from whom you purchased for support.
