I have had an issue with a P21 HMI. Its original fault was it reported that the security module was not programmed. Using the help guides on this site I updated the software to Interact 7 which does not use the security module.
The old software used the SLC5 driver for comms to the AB SLC 5/04 plc. This driver is not an option on interact 7. The guides suggested using the ABDH driver. I have tried this but cannot get the HMI to 'talk' to the plc. All the buttons and number displays on the HMI are now question marks. Would there by any detailed guides as to how to configure this particular set up?
