AC30 Drive control Servo

Hi everyone,

I'm newbie. I have a problem, 

I am using Ac30 to control servo. When I turn it on, the motor is not stiff, i can swing back and forth a little.

I want when there is a run command (no speed setpoint), the hard servo shaft can't be shaken.

I am using PDQ software to code.

Please help me to solve this problem on PDQ software.

  • Good morning.  Any chance you can post your configuration here?  This will be hard to troubleshoot otherwise.

    Are you using an incremental encoder or a resolver with this drive?  If you are using a resolver, have you already run a resolver alignment?  Also, are you able to get the motor to run in sensorless mode?
