MX80L + ViX250IH: First move after "1ON" jumps half the stage and faults with "Velocity Exceeded"

MX80L (1vpp RENISHAW Head) + REE2000E06A + ViX250IH

Every 1st move (either "1G" even with "1D1" in "1MI," or even "1GH") after issuing "1ON" command jumps half the movement of the stage and most of the time faults with "Maximum Velocity Exceeded." If for some magical reason it doesn't fault, or if I manually hold the stage by hand during 1st move, or even if I nudge the stage a little bit before issuing 1st move (which makes it jump slightly), it works perfectly fine thereafter. Motor phase wiring is correct. Hall wiring is correct. Interpolator wiring is correct. Using default GAINS from Easi-V's Guided Setup Utility.

Sometimes it does not jump, but starts to vibrate furiously instead.
