My production area recently received some 3 phase 230 v motors. The supply throughout the whole plant is either 460v 3phase or 600v 3phase. Now the 690 has the ability for me to adjust the parameters to suit the motor. I can even go a step further and autotune the drive so that it matches the motor parameters perfectly. My question is how certain can I be that the drive does not exceed the name plate voltage and how safe is this method of wiring the motor. This is a high production area and safety is of extreme importance
