Please help in getting a repair RMA created from Parker's repair centre in Europe. Model: 890SD-532450D0-B00-1A000 Fault: INCOMPATIBLE STO TEST RECORD.
We are located in Sultanate of Oman. We have already contacted Parker Middle east division but haven’t received any effective support. We contacted Parker local sales partner in Oman also, but in spite of follow up RMA has not been created. We are still waiting for some sincere response from Parker team.
