Parker 690 drive (18.5 kW) gives over current fault in closed loop but runs well in Volts/Hz mode.

I used new encoder (Hohner P/N: 66-14121-1024.UC00) and new 6054-HTTL-00 PCB for encoder feedback. The same setup of motor, encoder and encoder feedback PCB works well with other drive. 

The cable length is less than 3 meters.

We replaced all the PCBs one by one with new PCBs, still the problem neither resolved nor changed. Then only I posted this in forum.

The surprising thing is that the motor runs quite well on load without any issue in Volts/Hz mode, but in closed mode it cannot even move a bit, that too without any load.

The main thing to focus on is that the system is failing the autotune.  Without successfully completing the autotume, Closed-Loop Vector mode will not run.

Based on the testing that you have done, it can only be either 1. Something is wrong with the hardware, or 2. there is something different in the configuration between your working drive and the non-working drive.

So, I suggest that you connect with DSELite to the working drive and extract the configuration and then install into the non-working drive.  If this does not work, then you can assume that there is something wrong with your drive.
