Hi all!
After replacing the drive, and migrating all the parameters drive comes up with tR60 error. I can not find reference for this error anywhere. Did anybody come across this problem before?

I suspect the older 890 drive was pre-STO implementation, and your replacement has the STO feature implemented. Presumably your older system didn't have it, so you wouldn't have jumpered it out (or maybe it did and that was removed or not re-connected on the replacement) and thus its not jumpered out or wired up to anything on the replacement drive. You can see the alarm referenced:
Then in Appendix D:
You can download a user guide from the following product page. That will show minimum wiring for systems that are not using STO, basically jumpering the two redundant STO inputs to 24V.

Thanks Gannon!
I can not believe that I wasn't able to make out the link between trip codes and what drive was showing!!! Thanks for pointing it out!!!
I will check all the connections on the drive. I had to downgrade drive firmware from 3.16 to 1.14 because I wasn't able to migrate parameters and application due to this firmware version difference.
Strange thing is, manual states that STO was implemented from firmware revision 3.5 onwards.
Anyway, I will check and disable the STO and report back.
Thanks again!!!

Thanks for pointing that out Gannon! I can not believe I missed that link in the manual.
Replacement drive came with 3.16 firmware. I had to downgrade it to 1.14 as what original drive had because I wasn't able to migrate parameters and application due to this firmware difference.
Strange thing is, manual states that STO is implemented on drives with firmware 3.5 onwards. Mine are both below 3.5.
Anyway, I will check the connections and report back.
Thanks!!!
Actually I just had a look at some pictures. My replacement drive doesn't have X11 connector. So STO is not implemented in it. How come it reports it then?
Hello,
If your drives came with 3.16 then they should have the STO. 3.16 is later than 3.5 (yes, its literally "16" versus "5"). Something isn't adding up.
Can you send a picture of the actual error as showing on the keypad? I can run it by another engineer tomorrow and see what his thoughts are.
Also, clarify why you had to "look at some pictures". Are you not at the physical unit?
Thanks Gannon!!!
My mistake again it was. I was not at the drive at that time. Profibus cable was covering the STO port on the picture I was looking at.
I disabled the STO as per instructions in the manual, and everything is working fine now.
I have same drive on similar machine with different problem also, but I will open separate post for that.
Thank you for the help so far!!!
