The Comms Fault N is usually a sign that the Keypad or cable is bad. If you have another Keypad as a spare or one from another working unit, you can try it on this 590+ and see if the problem follows the Keypad or if it stays with the drive. If it does stay with the drive, the control door may need to be replaced or repaired.
