This sample PAC project shows how to do CAM and Gear functions:
The program (main) is written in Structured Text (ST) and uses a CASE statement to change the variable "state" based on the user triggering the push buttons. The Visualization has buttons set to easily toggle the program.
No hardware is necessary to run this project. To run the simulator, go to Start menu > All programs > Parker Hannifin > Parker Automation Manager > SoftMotion Win V3. This will run a simulator on your PC. Select Simulation under the Online menu.
This video shows running this program. Note the Trace is downloaded secondarily from the project from the Trace menu.
