For the main line power L1/L2/L3 and motor output current:
The P Series drive can be run on three phase or single phase 230 VAC input power. In most cases, the drive has the same current rating running on single phase as it does running on three phase. However, in the case of the PD-35P and PD-35C, the peak current is de-rated by 50% when running on single phase. The table below shows all power types and ratings for which P Series drives are suitable.

* The PD-04x power level can be configured to run from 120VAC input power or DC input power. See the section below that covers how to change the configuration for your input voltage.
* The PD-10x and PD-35x power levels MUST be used with 240/230/208 VAC. Running either of these drives on a lower voltage can damage them.
The protective earth ground connection is made to one of the screw terminals on the bottom of the drive, on the heat sink directly. DO NOT USE THE 'N' TERMINAL FOR AC OR EARTH GROUND CONNECTIONS (this is not 'neutral').
For the control power C1/C2:
The P Series Drive's control board dissipates roughly 25 W while powered on. The control power terminals on the P Series Drive, C1 and C2, draw approximately 208 mA at 120 VAC and approximately 104 mA at 240 VAC. The difference in control power current draw between different P Series drives is negligible.
Inrush current will be present on the terminals at power-up. Because of this, a 3 A time delay fuse is recommended for C1 and C2.
