AriesCE - Recovering from Estop

Print Friendly and PDF
bit 10000 Control Power Active

This bit indicates the AriesCE is in keep alive. It is on when only logic power is on (voltage on C1/C2). This bit turns off when amplifier power is on (L1/L2) (immediately).
So in recovering from an estop, you can inhibit until this bit is off.

If monitoring this bit in the event that the AC power is turned off, use a discrete input as well; it takes a few seconds for the motor and amplifier circuitry to dissipate and so it takes a few seconds for this bit 10000 to turn on.
