ACRView 6.4.1 Runtime Error for 9600 and 9640

IEC 61131 Language is not compatible with version 6.4.1 of ACRView.  If you see the following error, you need to uninstall ACRView 6.4.1 and install version 6.4.2

6.4.0 would require registry key. 6.4.2 includes this.
