For current Alarms the Alarm Viewer will display correctly but if a saved history file is opened it does not display correctly.
This bug was introduced in the 4.1 release and can manifest under Win7 or Win10 implementations.
Replace the existing version of hmiamm.dll (version 18.104.22.1681) with the attached version (22.214.171.1242).
1. Shut down InteractX completely.
2. Locate the existing .dll file (should be located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\InteractX)
3. Delete this existing version (126.96.36.1991). The version can be checked by right mouse clicking on the .dll file and selecting Properties and then the Details tab.
4. Save/download and extract the version 188.8.131.522 file from this FAQ post and copy it into the location: C:\Program Files (x86)\InteractX
5. Reboot Windows
