The suspended issue is due to an incomplete install probably when the installer ran into a problem it bailed.
To fix that, it needs to be removed from the installer data Windows stores so it can do an uninstall of software. To do that:
Go to the folder shown below, make a Hold folder and MOVE all of the folders into it:
Then it will allow the installer to run again. After the installation completes, move all the folders back and it will stop and say one of the folders all ready exists. This will be the InteractX folder so say no. That keeps the bad install folder in the hold folder which you can then delete.
One thing that Windows 10 might be missing is the .net frameworks since it is now an option that needs turned on not installed. Turn this on for Windows 10 units as shown on the Microsoft site shown below.
