Using #DEFINE inside PMM programs

Print Friendly and PDF

Parker Motion Manager has a chart for defines.

New!  PMM 2.2's Defines allows users to select the rows and copy & paste into Excel or vice versa. In Excel highlight the cells (4 wide and your desired number of rows) to copy into Defines.  This also allows users to use Excel to create tags for PLCs.

For PMM 2.1 or earlier:

If you're upgrading from an ACR-View program and have a large list #DEFINE, you can place at the beginning of a program before the PROGRAM line.

However, if you change any of the DEFINE's, these need to be cleared from memory first. This is already part of the Configuration Wizard download, so download the Configuration as well as the updated Defines.

We recommend updating to PMM 2.2.
