You try to do an Install or Full Install from DSE Lite to your AC10 and nothing seems to happen.
First, try doing a Refresh Full from the Command menu and observe the response in the Scratch Pad. The response should note the AC10 firmware revision, power level and voltage, and that you are actually connected via DSE Lite). If you do not see this then you have more fundamental communications problems. Verify your cable connection and/or USB converter if using one.
If you are connected, and observe this symptom, then the most likely cause of this is that the drive is currently in RUN mode. Check the LED indicators on the keypad and see if the RUN led is lit.
Use the red "O" button to take the drive out of RUN mode and then you should be able to do your configuration Install or Full Install.
Unfortunately, there is not an indication in DSE Lite that the drive is still in RUN mode.
Note - a Full Install should only be done if you have first done a Parameter Extraction into your template (or your saved configuration file is for this particular drive and frame size) as a starting point as a Full Install will also overwrite some Frame Dependent parameters and if these are changed to something different than what your drive is, the drive may be rendered inoperable.
