This error appears when the Gemini drive senses a “brownout“ condition, either due to an excessive dip in AC input voltage, or an overly aggressive motor acceleration or deceleration ramp.
REMEDY
Monitor the AC input voltage coming into the drive to determine if the voltage dips below the minimum allowable AC voltage of 75VAC specified for Gemini drives (or 85VAC for the -H20n and -H40n). If the input voltage is measured to be within the acceptable range, check to see if input voltage drops or fluctuates as the result of a commanded move. If a AC voltage drop is detected, modify the acceleration and/or deceleration values within the program to less aggressive values.
