After the basic configuration, there are still several reasons for motion not to occur. Below are some of those reasons assuming there are no servo errors.
1) When an I12T11 is configured for a M10 or M12 option you must wire 24 VDC into pins X22/11 and the GND to X22/15, as well as activate the No Stop input on the X22 connector (X22/8). When you configure the drive as a M00, whether it is a M10 or M10 or not, no connection to X22 is necessary.
2) You must have No Stop and Enables activated on the X12 connector (X12/6 and X12/7) to start motion. The enable in the X12 connector and Control Word are AND’ed, and the No Stop on X12 and Control Word are OR’ed. So both the enable on X12 and Bit 0 in the Control Word must be active to enable the drive, and the No Stop on X12 and Control Word bits 1 and 14 must be active to create motion. If any of them are deactivated, motion will stop.
Note: If a move is commanded with a Stop active, then the move is buffered and will start when the Stop is deactivated. Conversely, activating a Stop during a move will stop the move and not continue.
