With ACR-View 6.0, if you are having problems connecting via USB, please initialize the USB drivers.
If upgrading from ACR-View 5.5 or earlier version, go to the ACR-View program directory, USB Drivers subdirectory and double-click on the OldUSBDriverUninstall.bat
Then, power on your ACR90x0 controller. Connect the USB cable. The PC will recognize new hardware but need the USB driver. You may set it to look in the USB drivers subdirectory of the ACR-View 6 program folder.

Step 4 Windows Logo Testing warning, click Continue Anyway:
Step 5 Wait for the installation
Step 6 Installation of USB Driver Complete
Step 7 Launch ACR-View 6 and connect via USB
