Servo Driver HID8SS Problem with passing phasing procedure

Hello ,

I have driver HID8SS 

 I have a problem passing phasing procedure . The encoder is incremental 2000ppr. The encoder is connected to port x7(Pin A+,A-,B+,B-,GND,Vee ,Shield).

When set to (Incremental encoder in frequency/direction) the encoder reads correctly. I have 2000 pulses for one rev , but I can not pass the phasing procedure.

When set to ( Incremental encoder in square wave ) the encoder reads wrong I have 8000 pulses or more for one rev, but the phase procedure passes it successfully.

Where should the problem be? No error recorded, just when I enter a Pb64.2=1 or Pb64.4=1 nothing gets the motor does not rotate.Where the problem may be? Thank you!
