2q and 4q problem

sir we buy new 591P 725A DC drive . sir we using 10 prker dc  drive all are showing display  is  2QUARDENT drive . but sir this drive showing 4quardent . also when the motor is running with load motor become jerking and ampere is fluctuating. used another drive parameter but same problem . so now i install old drive and run the motor . i couldn't run the drive  . sir please give me one suggestion.

    Good Morning, It sounds like the P-Code on these drives have been changed. You can change this back by performing a 3-Button reset on the drive. (Holding the "E" , Up Arrow, and PROG button) while performing...

    Good Morning,

    It sounds like the P-Code on these drives have been changed. You can change this back by performing a 3-Button reset on the drive. (Holding the "E" , Up Arrow, and PROG button) while performing a power cycle. Upon power up you will be prompted to set the P-Code which in your case would be 2Q 725 A.

    As for the issue with the motor being jerky, can you elaborate on this issue? Does the motor do it unloaded? Does this occur at low speeds? High Speeds? For this application are you running Open loop or closed loop? What Parameter did you change? Can you elaborate on what you mean when you replaced the drive with an older one and it does run anymore?

    Without load it was running well without any problem but with load it was jerking and sound now its solved. Also i have one more doubt i tried to auto tune but i could not do that how can i do this sir.We use open loop
