How we can adjust PI parameters in current regulation loop. ie select the best values if the autotune doesn't work.?
Before trying to do that, I would try to make the autotune work. Setting these parameters manually is difficult and error-prone. If autotune fails, consider these troubleshooting tips:
On the 590+, autotune should always succeed except in certain cases where the motor is very large -- over 500 HP. Some motors can also be run without autotune. Are you able to get this motor to run at all? When you try running without autotune, what kind of fault do you get?
Yes the motor is running without any error but the current seems a little high and the wedding temperature also high. We try to a just this parameters in order to reduce this things. The Autotune procedure it doesn't very clear in the manual. Can you please clarify if it's possible.
To be clear, you should only attempt to change the PI parameters manually if autotune fails. If autotune succeeds, then altering the PI gains will not improve performance.
